On July 6th, 2010 the State of New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department chose our Column Case Management System to help modernize and automate their Case Management practices.
The Regulation and Licensing Department of New Mexico oversees five different industries in New Mexico, as well as numerous specialized professions and trades. The Department’s responsibilities include Alcohol and Gaming, Boards and Commissions, Construction Industries, Financial Institutions, Manufactured Housing, and Public Comments and Complaints. This includes monitoring approximately 211,000 individuals and businesses in 35 separate industries and professions. To top this off, the department has to perform this function with only 325 employees.
Column Case Management will allow superior visibility into ongoing cases and investigations, thus providing management the ability to allocate resources more efficiently and effectively. By providing process enforcement, task management, security, metrics, and reporting, Column Case Management will provide the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department with the necessary tools to track cases from start to finish and the ability to pull relevant data quickly and accurately for reporting purposes.
