Answers to Your BMC Software and ITIL Training Questions

Column’s sales team plays an important role in our training process. If you do not know who your local sales representative is, send a message to contactus@columnit.com and he or she will contact you.

How do I register for a course?

To register online, select the course you want, and then click the Register Now button. If you want to register with your area’s sales representative, you can contact them directly.

Can you help me choose the right courses for my job role?

Your Column sales representative will be happy to discuss your needs with you, offer more information, and provide a quote. To speak with your sales representative, contact them directly.

Where can I find a course’s schedule and pricing information?

You can view our course schedule online. If you can’t find the information you need, please contact your sales representative or send an e-mail message to contactus@columnit.com.

Where is my class located and when does it start?

After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail message with the class location and start time. If you want more information about one of our training locations, please visit our website.

How can I confirm that my course is running as scheduled?

If there are changes to your class registration, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone. Unless you receive a Class Cancellation Letter, you should attend your class as scheduled. If you have questions or concerns, contact your sales representative or contact the Column training team at (630) 981-3128.

Can I hold a reservation without providing payment?

No. We require a secure payment when you register for a class. After you register, we’ll send you a receipt by mail for your records.

When will I receive my ITIL examination results?

Once the vendor receives the examination results, they will send them to the e-mail address you’ve listed in your exam registration form. The vendor communicates all results within five business days, and they will mail your ITIL certificate and pin 48 to 72 hours you receive your results.

When will I receive my BMC course Certificate?

If your BMC Software course does not have an examination on the final day, you’ll receive the certificate from your instructor on the course’s final day.

Do you have a corporate rate at a nearby hotel?

Column has negotiated discounted rates at several hotels near our training facilities. To receive the discount, you must mention you are attending a Column Technologies training event when you contact the hotel to reserve a room. Our rates include amenities such as breakfast, transportation, and Internet service to keep your expenses low and offer you the best possible experience.
