Previous experience includes: ITIL Release Manager at Bloomberg LP, oversaw software testing and deployment to 150,000+, globally distributed end points; Application Developer at Bloomberg LP, designed and developed ITIL Incident Management and ITIL Change Management solutions for corporate wide-area network operations; Solution Architect for Column Technologies, acted as developer.
