Column Technologies UK announces a BMC Remedy OnDemand win.  Our new customer was founded in the 1960s and offers programmes of international education to a worldwide community of schools.  There are more than 881,000 students at 3,085 schools in 139 countries in their programmes.  BMC Remedy OnDemand is a new SaaS-based offering that gives your organization access to all the benefits of BMC’s industry-leading IT service management solutions — without the costs and overhead associated with hosting and managing on-premise software.  Our new customer will use Remedy OnDemand for Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management, and the solution will drive cost down and increase standardisation.  “This is a great win for Column in the UK as it provides a platform to drive SaaS-based solutions into next year,” said Chris Martin, Director of Column Technologies UK.
