Column Case Management Continues to Expand in the Public Sector
DOWNERS GROVE, IL, June, 2012 -- The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is responsible for developing and supervising the state’s public assistance, workforce development, unemployment compensation, child and adult protective services, adoption, child care and child support programs. ODJFS also is the single state agency responsible for the administration of Ohio’s Medicaid program.
As part of Ohio's workforce development initiative to develop a comprehensive workforce training and placement strategy, ODJFS chose Column Case Management to provide application support the systems in place in an effort to better connect employers with employees and to provide information about state funded programs for training, job fairs, job postings, and related tax credits. Column Case Management's largest impact will be in assisting the State of Ohio in the integration of labor market information with workforce development programs and system integrations to provide visibility about the talent and skills of unemployed Ohioans.
