Column Technologies Announces New Managed Services Offering for SailPoint IdentityIQ
LOMBARD, IL January 13, 2015 - Column Technologies, a global technology solutions company, today announced it has been named a preferred managed services provider in North America for SailPoint, which provides innovative solutions for identity governance, provisioning, password management and access management. Gartner® has named SailPoint a leader it the "Magic Quadrant for Identity Governance and Administration," and Deloitte has named SailPoint the fastest growing IAM company in North America for two consecutive years.
Under the terms of the partnership, Column Technologies will provide managed services with hosting options for SailPoint IdentityIQ. IdentityIQ is SailPoint's governance-based IAM software solution that delivers compliance, password management and provisioning. The solution allows enterprises to securely and effectively deliver and manage user access from any device to data and applications residing in the datacenter, on mobile devices, and in the cloud.

Column Technologies has packaged managed services support level solutions that allow real-time IAM 24x7 application monitoring and support, remote administration and enhancement services. As part of managed services for SailPoint IdentityIQ, Column Technologies will offer four packages. Each package includes core component services: application task and system monitoring, incident management, 24x7 support, configuration and enhancement documentation, ongoing maintenance and patch management, unlimited serviced desk support, guaranteed service level agreements, monthly reporting and client access portal. Optional components are available, dependent on the package solution.
The Premium package includes a hosting option which will allow our customers to opt for a hybrid model where the managed services solution is customized down to the infrastructure ensuring cost avoidance and limiting risk.
