Column Audit Manager allows you to track data changes to any field, on any form, and view how long the field was in that value. The duration can be calculated in Business Hours or 24 Hour clock. This will give you an accurate picture of how long a ticket was open. The total ticket time can be calculated in business hours, or 24-hour clock. It also can remove any values that you do not want to include in the total ticket time.
